    After my run today i noticed i had chaffed A LOT. All around the chest strap – don’t know why, it’s never made me chafe before but taking no chances so not wearing that one again.

    So i need a new one for my longer runs, any recommendations??

    @meercat58 LOL – I ordered a shock absorber last night, if it keeps your puppies teats in check then it should keep my chicken wings pinned down 😂

    Iv never had a chaffing issue before so have only ever won crop tops!!

    I always wear shock absorber and they were brilliant, but since the New Year, its been chaffing me a lot 🙁 It could be that I just need to replace them, I did get a good year and half out of it before that happened. I just haven’t got round to replacing them yet. I’ve resorted to Bodyglide stuff to sort out the chaffing, seems to work 🙂

    @rach i read that you meant to treat the bra like your trainers !!

    Rotate and replace after 500 miles LOL – I would of thought that depending on your boob size the bigger you are the more strain it goes through so would be need replacing sooner.

    @vicky-pixi I didn’t get that memo! Lol

    I must start sports bra shopping then!

    Agree shock absorber. The ultimate run bra needs a mortgage and serious double jointed Ness but the fabric is nice and smooth. The elastic under the band will start chafing when it gets past its best.

    I’m going to buck the trend and say shock absorber chafe me really badly, I use adidas or asics crop tops to squish things into submission, though I do find when the bottom band starts to wear a bit thin and the elastic starts to sneak out then it’s guaranteed to chafe.
