    Hi. I’m returning to running again after a long break. Lost my mojo before. I’m looking to get back to be able to run 5km without stopping. Then I’ll see how I feel then. I’m a mother so juggling running, exercise with kids not always easy. I’m not wanting to let myself slip through the wayside. This for me and my self care.

    You have probably gathered by now that were a friendly bunch on here, and theres always lots of support and encouragement when needed.

    Not easy juggling kiddies and trying to have some valuable me time, so well done on finding yourself back out there running 🙂
