I used to be a member of a site called the running bug before so that is why I am here now. I need a bit of on line company to keep me on track for a 5K time. I have just copied the plan for a first week. I am a little over weight now and feeling like my lack of flexibility is a main concern, so I am embarking upon a set of stretching exercises also. I have done lots of running in the dim and distant past, so I have a good idea of what running should feel like.

Get involved with the site, log your runs and we’ll all encourage and cheer you along on the good days and pick you up after the bad ones – make some friends and get involved and you’ll get plenty of support – good luck with it all 🙂
