    I would like to add to this if I may…
    <p style=”text-align: left;”>There’s times when I really like Parkrun. Then there’s times when I like it less.</p>
    <p style=”text-align: left;”>Sometimes I feel sociable, sometimes not. All those people. Dogs and pushchairs, not that I mind but I do like my solitude on a run. My headspace.</p>
    I like the community feel. I like the cuppa afterwards. I like the vast space of green. I like the bustle, the clapping, cheering and positive people.

    As buildings are being built everywhere parkruns give an opportunity to get away to open space for a short time. I’m not fortunate enough to live in countyside so Parkrun is my little bit of countryside. ☺I’m

    I like the aspect that it’s timed. It’s a gauge of my fitness. I enjoy looking at scores reports. Parkrun keeps me in touch with other runners which in turn makes me feel more confident.

    Parkrun overall has been positive for me. ☺
