    Wow wish I had that heart rate on my easy trots – definitely something for the rest of us to aim for. Lovely outing, happy run. All looking good 😀

  • Good planning as you have laps looming. Nice mileage done and I’m now picturing bambi legs – glad you didn’t go splat!

  • Lol I’m a real chicken around geese – the babies are so cute but beware of the parents. Run done and 3 miles is still good going especially when it’s not comfortable. The next one will be better.

      Just went with flow. Running two days on the trot so wasn’t planning anything specific and keeping it around the 3 mile mark. Foot just a little sore before I started but didn’t notice it at all during the run.     Lol I remember going for a run there and keeping an eye out for bears – avoiding them yes, searching for them NO not when running 🤪 Fab run Chris and Iโ€™m sure all the more enjoyable for the scenery 👍🏃👏👏👏

    • Been a hectic few weeks for you so no worries lovely – think that foot is going to be telling when it’s been overworked for a good while yet but it’ll settle – this is a great outing and it sounds like you thoroughly enjoyed it – have a fab weekend with the folks and hope the house is still standing when you get back ๐Ÿ™‚ x

    • Your foot may have not appreciated standing around for 8 hours, but I would say volunteering was very worthwhile doing. Nice to read that you thought the run was a good one for you, long may continue.
