      Ok once I got going. HR monitor must have been playing up said over half was in warm up!

    • Annoying when the HRM doesn’t play properly, but a good looking 5 to kick off the weekend, wouldn’t it be nice if your legs just worked right from the off? 😊

    • Maybe it was in hr warm up, just never felt like it. Good miles though, hopefully all went well

      This mornings run. Further and faster since the knee had been playing up. Managed with no problem knee still feels ok. Might try off road at the weekend.
