    Great session to finish off a strong week of training Ruth, it’s funny how when we have to force ourselves out of the door that those are the ones that end up being the most enjoyable 😀

    Well that’s a fantastic pace for the distance when feeling unenthusiastic, not surprising though after a week in London, guessing you just wanted to chill at home with the family. Well done on getting out and bagging those big miles 👍🙂

      EEDD day 7- super steady fiver after dropping both girls off at work, Lily is taking me out for lunch today so didn’t have time to do a longer run.
