Nice to read that you’re getting back your strength and endurance and with the weather getting cooler now, it should be better for running

I like your commitment to get up early and get your run done and run some really good miles.
I like the sound of strawberry and peanut butter porridge, sounds quite appealing to me and it must have been nice to see the big red moon. Well done!.

Glad to read that you’re feeling a lot better, always nice when someone gives you some nice comments when out on a run. Have a great time in Blackpool.

I’m liking you work on this run, looks like you put a good shift in.👍

That’s a good distance to run, especially when you’ve got event on Sunday. Saw the picture of the horses on Strava, it was a cracking picture. You did well to get past the horses.

Have you ever thought about doing a recovery day by doing some cycling miles?.

Sensible leisurely plod sounded the right option, if you was feeling a bit tired and achy, still it’s a good 3 miles 👍

Looks a cracking parkrun, maybe not the result you wanted, but not far away either.

Looks a cracking parkrun and it will be nice to think that one day you will dip under 27 minutes.

I think you did well to run in that kind of heat 👍

<p style=”text-align: left;”>It’s such a simple picture, it tells a story and says so much without words, because no words are needed. I say this with the greatest of respect.

I’ve noticed you’ve been very consistent in your running this week, credit to you for getting so many runs done. Running on the pier sounds good to me, I would definitely on run pier, if I had an opportunity to do so.
If the miles went quickly then usually means you’ve had a good run.

Good to read that your second recovery run went ok, and the Achilles is not giving you any concerns. You must have had a nice time in the New forest, if you are looking to go back there next year.

Doing a run and combining it with hill reps is definitely worthwhile exercise, it’s something that I like to do,I find it strangely addictive doing that type of session, maybe because it’s a tough workout.

Good to see you that you were doing some hill reps, there is something strangely addictive in doing that type of session, but very worthwhile.
You can’t be a beat a bit of soreen loaf 😋, apart from the strawberry flavoured one.
You made me smile when you’d forgotten where you parked your car, but I’ve done that quite a few times in these big out…[Read more]

Good 10 miles, well done.

• steve c commented on the run 3 days, 15 hours ago

Good to see you back posting a run, really think you need to find some time for yourself, if that’s possible. If you don’t, I think you will become more knackered, but that’s just my opinion.

Walking up and down steep hills will help you with your cardiovascular fitness.
